Orders, Deliveries & Freight

Cancellations for orders are only accepted prior to shipping.
Orders inside NZ are couriered and may require a signature on delivery.
International orders are sent by airfreight.

Purchases & Pricing Policy
Our New Zealand exchange rate (approx US$1 to NZ$2.40) makes purchasing from our NZ base attractive to many overseas clients.
But at the same time we aim to offer competitive pricing and good service to our kiwi clients as well.
All prices are shown in NZ dollars, inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax).

Refund Policy
In the rare event that wrong products are received, the correct products will be reshipped, and charges for the product value corrected, only if the received products are returned in an unopened, re-saleable condition.
We are not responsible for damage in transit, beyond our control.
